Return/Exchange
All products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Eligible Returns / Exchanges
A return or exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:
• An incorrect product was delivered (does not match the order confirmation).
• The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Delivery address
• Reason for return
• Clear images of the product (required for defective or incorrect items)
All requests are subject to verification by our Quality Check Team. Once approved, our Customer Service Team will contact you with further instructions.
Return Conditions
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 days of confirmation.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
